Mark Pearce
Managing Director

As Managing Director, I take pride in delivering a reliable, high-quality service to some of the UK’s leading dealerships, fleet operations and auction houses. My role is all about making sure our teams on the ground have the support, training and structure they need to do their best work, consistently and professionally.

I’m very hands-on and like to stay connected to the day-to-day running of the business. You’ll often find me out on site, meeting with clients, checking standards and making sure we’re living up to the promises we make. I believe in straight-talking, getting stuck in and leading by example.

When I’m not working, I enjoy playing a few rounds of golf, spending time with my grandchildren and watching the football, especially when my team is winning!

Michaela Gunney

As Executive Sales Director and Shareholder, I’ve spent the past 23 years helping to shape the direction of Secure Valeting. From developing new client relationships to expanding existing partnerships, my role has always centered around driving sustainable growth and creating long-term value for both our customers and the business.

Sales has been at the heart of our journey but for me, it’s always been about people. I’ve built strong, long-term relationships by understanding what our clients truly need and making sure we deliver. I’ve always believed that consistency, communication and integrity are what turn customers into partners.

I’m proud of the journey we’ve been on, not just in terms of growth but in the people behind it. From the operatives in the field to my co-shareholders, every part of our team plays a role in making Secure Valeting what it is today.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time on family holidays, cycling and volunteering with charities where I feel I can make a positive difference.

Chris Reynolds
Executive Director

I’m proud to be one of the original founders of Secure Valeting and have been with the business since day one. My role as Executive Director focuses on overseeing field operations across the UK, supporting our regional teams and ensuring that our service standards remain consistently high at every location. With a background in the motor trade and decades of hands-on experience, I’m passionate about maintaining the operational quality and reliability that Secure is known for.

Outside of work, I’m a proud grandad to five lovely granddaughters who keep me on my toes. Born in North London, I’ve been a lifelong Arsenal supporter and make it to matches as often as possible. I’m never happier than when I’m spending a week in the Arctic Circle, challenging myself against the elements.

Pam Blanchard
Commercial Director

With over 25 years at the company, I work within the office operations team, supporting our field managers with a wide range of tasks. Our department handles everything from processing completed work and raising invoices to managing Right to Work checks, licences and other key operational functions.

It’s been incredibly rewarding to see the company evolve from its early days into what it is today. I’ve had the opportunity to contribute to this growth, including helping shape the design of our bespoke online booking and processing system -transitioning from a paper-based process to full automation. I feel very fortunate to be part of a supportive and dedicated team.

Dominique Horton
Finance Director

I am an accomplished finance leader with over 25 years of experience spanning senior and board-level roles across diverse sectors including logistics, automotive, care and technology. I bring a strategic, hands-on approach to financial leadership, specialising in performance improvement, robust financial controls and business transformation. I have a strong track record in driving profitability, preparing companies for trade sales, leading acquisitions and delivering operational efficiency. A Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) with a BSc in Accountancy, I combine deep technical expertise with commercial insight and leadership that inspires cross-functional teams.

Tim Rix
Group Operations Director

I am Group Operations Director, responsible for overseeing and optimizing operational functions across the organization on a national scale. With a strategic focus on performance, efficiency and growth. My key drivers are to ensure that day-to-day operations align with customers expectations and our long-term business objectives. My main aim is to play a critical role in driving consistency, quality and innovation across all operational touchpoints.

I’m deeply committed to working alongside my team in the field, actively problem-solving and building strong trust-based relationships along the way, this has helped me navigate through many industry changes over the last three decades.

Working with Secure Valeting is a real pleasure, with the senior board members all actively striving to deliver the optimum standards in our sector.

When not at work you will find me enjoying priceless time with my family and friends.

Charlie Blanchard
Head of HR

I’ve been part of Secure for over 20 years and have seen the company grow and evolve into the nationwide operation it is today. As Head of HR, I work across all areas of the employee journey – from onboarding and training to wellbeing and day-to-day support – making sure our teams feel valued, equipped and connected. I also work closely with operations and payroll to support the smooth running of the business behind the scenes.

Despite our size and continued growth, Secure has always maintained the feel of a close-knit, smaller business – something I’m incredibly proud to be part of. That sense of connection is reflected in our colleague relationships, our shared values and the personalised service we’re able to deliver to our customers.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family – whether we’re off camping, out exploring, or enjoying live music concerts together. I play in a friendly local netball league and am now training for my first marathon.

Darren Arnold
Business Development Director

With over two decades of experience within the vehicle preparation industry, I bring a wide variety of expertise and knowledge to the role of Business Development Director at Secure. Prior to joining Secure I held several senior leadership roles within the vehicle remarketing, new and used car preparation and refurbishment sectors. A data-driven approach combined with accumulated insight through practical experience allows me to pair strategic thinking with hands-on know-how to drive growth and elevate service quality. My Business Development role is helping support our operational teams deliver market leading levels of service to our customers, effectively, efficiently and consistently.

Outside of work I conform to the middle-aged stereotype of enjoying both golf and cycling, although maintains a strict plucky armature approach to both.

Ben Davies
Regional Operations Director

I’m the Regional Operations Director for the Central region, covering East Anglia, Essex, Hertfordshire and North London. My main focus is ensuring we deliver services to the highest standards, while adapting them to meet our customers’ needs. This helps us create positive outcomes and build long-lasting partnerships.

I’m fortunate to lead a fantastic management team. Each member looks after a cluster of accounts, but we all collaborate closely to ensure everything runs smoothly across the board.

I’ve been in the automotive industry for nearly two decades, tackling challenges head-on and always striving for the best results. Over the years, I’ve met some amazing people and I continue to enjoy working with them. I look forward to meeting even more great people in the years to come.

I joined Secure nearly ten years ago and I haven’t looked back. The company is family-run and team-focused this culture was exactly what I was looking for. It’s rare to find a business that truly practices what it preaches, especially when it comes to things like teamwork and having an open-door policy but that’s exactly what we get from the board members at Secure.

Outside of work, I’m grateful for the support of my family and my kids definitely keep me on my toes! When I do get a bit of free time, you’ll usually find me out on the golf course or enjoying a cold beer in the sun on a Saturday afternoon.

Kamil Drapala
Regional Operations Director

I’ve been with Secure for over 15 years, progressing through various roles to my current position as Regional Director for the South. Over the years, I’ve gained extensive experience in operations, team leadership and customer relationship management. My role involves overseeing a wide network of sites, working closely with both area and regional managers to ensure consistent service delivery and operational excellence.

Most of my week is spent out in the field—visiting sites, speaking directly with customers and checking the quality of service we’re delivering. I believe in being hands-on and proactive and I take pride in supporting our teams on the ground while building strong, lasting relationships with our clients.

What I enjoy most about working at Secure is the fast-paced environment, the collaborative culture and the opportunity to make a tangible difference through day-to-day leadership and problem-solving.

Outside of work, I’m a passionate petrolhead and spend my free time riding motorbikes, both on the road and track—strictly on an amateur basis. It’s a great way to unwind, stay focused and enjoy the thrill of performance machines.

Myself and the team in customer care work hard to ensure that our customers needs are being met daily. We do this by ensuring up to date feedback is collected on a regular basis from all of our customers and acted upon if any issues arise.

Sales Support Manager

I’ve been with Secure Valeting since January 2019, where I originally joined the company as an Administrator and have since progressed into my current role as Sales Support Manager.

My role involves overseeing our brilliant administration team and playing a key part in new business development and all aspects of sales, ensuring smooth coordination across the sales team. I’m passionate about the work I do and about building strong relationships both within the business and the industry, whilst fostering a positive, team-first environment.

Outside of work, I prioritise spending quality time with my family and enjoy the occasional shopping trip!

Dean Butcher
HSEQ Manager

As HSEQ Manager, I’m responsible for leading our approach to health, safety, environmental and quality compliance across the business. I work closely with our teams in the field and at head office to ensure we’re meeting our legal obligations, maintaining best practices and creating a safe, consistent working environment for everyone.

A key part of my role is overseeing and supporting our ISO accreditation processes, making sure our systems, documentation and operations align with international standards. Whether it’s carrying out audits, refining procedures, or delivering training, I’m focused on ensuring Secure continues to operate responsibly, safely and to a high standard.

I take pride in supporting a business that values integrity and continual improvement – and in making compliance something that empowers rather than restricts.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and keeping up with friends through football, darts and the occasional game of cricket.

We supply driving teams for stock, sales and service vehicle movement, including airport and rental logistics. Working nationwide, our experienced drivers are available for vehicle transport, including bodyshop collection and delivery.
